Protected health information within the clinical relationship is covered separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide when you become a client.

Information you give us. The appointment request and message forms on this site are provided by SimplePractice, our practice-management system. Anything you enter there, such as your name, contact details, date of birth, and what brings you in, is submitted directly to SimplePractice and handled under its privacy and security terms together with the rest of our practice records. This website does not store a separate copy.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we may collect basic technical data (such as browser type, device, and pages visited) and, if analytics is enabled, aggregate usage information to understand how the site is used.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consult, provide the services you request, and maintain and improve the website. We do not sell your information.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our scheduling and practice-management system, email provider, and website host, and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Health information
The forms on this site submit into SimplePractice, our secure practice-management system. Even so, please share only what you are comfortable putting in a first message. There is no need to include detailed clinical history to request an appointment. Once you are a client, health information is handled through that same system and is protected under our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, do not profile visitors, and do not sell information. The embedded SimplePractice appointment and message forms may set their own cookies within those forms in order to function; those are governed by SimplePractice’s privacy policy. If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and name the provider here. You can control cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect information collected through the site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you have submitted through the site by contacting us at the email below.
Children
We work with adolescents, and care for minors involves the consent and participation of a parent or guardian. This website is not directed to children for the purpose of collecting personal information.
