How we work together
Ways to work together.
From individual and family therapy to coaching, supervision, and seasonal groups, there are a few different ways to begin, all fully by telehealth.

One-on-one work to understand what's happening, and what to do about it.
Steady, personal sessions for adolescents and adults. We look honestly at what's hard, make sense of it together, and build skills you can use between sessions.
Weekly · 50 minutes · Telehealth

Support for families navigating change, conflict, or a young person's care, working as a team.
When one person is struggling, the whole family feels it. We create a space where everyone can be heard and the household can move forward together.

Our approach
Evidence-based, and chosen to fit you.
Therapy works best when the approach matches the person, not the other way around. These are the frameworks drawn on here, blended to suit what you’re actually working through.
CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Noticing the thought patterns driving how you feel, and learning to work with them rather than against them.
ACT
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Making room for the hard feelings instead of fighting them, so you can move toward what actually matters to you.
DBT skills
Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills
Practical tools for riding out intense emotions without being run by them.
Somatic
Somatic Psychotherapy
Working with what the body is holding, not only what the mind can explain.
ABFT
Attachment-Based Family Therapy
Repairing the connection between a young person and their parents, so the family becomes part of the support.
TF-CBT
Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
A structured approach for children and teens processing difficult experiences.
For clinicians
Clinical supervision & consultation
Individual & group · LPC and LCSW
Whether you're an associate clinician working toward licensure or an experienced therapist seeking consultation, supervision should be a place where you feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow. My approach emphasizes curiosity over criticism, helping clinicians strengthen their clinical skills while developing confidence in their own therapeutic voice.
Supervision may include
- Case consultation
- Diagnosis and treatment planning
- Documentation and ethics
- Trauma-informed care
- ADHD, anxiety, and perfectionism
- Somatic interventions
- Professional identity development
- Building a sustainable, values-aligned career
Together, we'll create a collaborative space that promotes both clinical excellence and personal well-being.
